Matthew is an artist, graphic designer, musician and keen gardener based in South London since 2004, and Nunhead since 2012. This is his first solo London exhibition outside of his home/ workspace.

“The Glistening Hist” is an exercise in imaginary world-building and faux-mythology - the faces, places and objects here all inhabit the same, self-contained continuum.

They are just in and of themselves - yet between them there is chatter, too. Gossip, even. Protagonism, antagonism. Ceremonies, stories, fables. Relationships. Legend?

Countless possibilities.

If a wall could talk, what would it be saying? How would it sound? Presented here is a joyfully oblique construction of narrative – purposefully open to interpretation.

Billy Bigwood's intimate worlds and winding ribbons, joyfully play with light, colour, depth and form. We're very happy to host his prints, especially an exclusive Giclée of original painting A long day at the fun factory.

Nice&Graphic is right over the road from us, producing vibrant and fun text-based prints. Michelle is a letterpress artist, running workshops out of her studio and collaborating with our local community. We have an up-cycled vintage botanical set, each on a unique wildflower illustration from the 1970's.

Jacob Read's talent as a musician, artist and animator is well known and loved. We're so happy to host Giclée's of his original screen-prints: Salsa Class and Living Room.

Katrina Adams has a series of unique, original prints with us. Informed by a vivid colour palette, she's inspired by graphic geometric shapes in people, history and her surroundings.
